RSVP Planner Now Live in Pokémon GO

Niantic has introduced a brand-new feature to Pokémon GO: the RSVP Planner. Designed to make Raid Battles even easier to organize, this tool helps Trainers coordinate raid times, invite friends, and stay on top of upcoming raids.

RSVP Planner Now Available

Starting Thursday, May 15, 2025, Trainers can use the RSVP Planner to better coordinate their Raid Battle plans. This feature will be available permanently in the game and is especially useful for busy raid schedules and special raid events.

With the RSVP Planner, you can:

• See upcoming raids on the map along with available time slots.
• Indicate the time you plan to raid and view how many other Trainers have RSVP’d for the same time.
• Invite up to five friends worldwide to join your scheduled raids, including Shadow Raids.
• Receive reminders before your planned raid time.
• Use navigation assistance to easily find your selected raid location.

How It Works

As soon as a Raid Egg appears at a Gym, the RSVP Planner will allow you to schedule your intended participation time. You can also view other Trainers who have RSVP'd, making it easier to join larger groups or find support for tougher raids.

Key notes:

• The RSVP Planner becomes available as soon as the Raid Egg appears — not after the raid hatches.
• Friend invites are limited to five remote participants per raid.
• Scheduled RSVPs are tied to local time and visible on the raid map overview.
