The terms that apply when you choose a boost, subscription or pass. Clear prices, instant delivery, easy cancellation.
In short
All support options are optional and paid in euros, including 21% Dutch VAT. Digital items are delivered right away. Subscriptions renew until you cancel — and you can cancel any time. You have a right of withdrawal, with one exception for items we deliver instantly at your request.

- What you can support us with
- Priority token boosts — tokens you can spend to boost your place in the Remote Raid queue. Sold in packs: 5 tokens €0.99, 15 tokens €1.99, 40 tokens €3.99, 100 tokens €7.99.
- Plus — a membership with extra perks. €1.79 / month, €4.99 / quarter, or €17.99 / year.
- Supporter — our top membership. €3.99 / month, €10.99 / quarter, or €39.99 / year.
- Weekly Plus Pass — Plus perks for 7 days. €4.99.
- Prices & VAT Prices are shown inclusive of 21% Dutch VAT (BTW); the price you see is the price you pay. Need a formal VAT invoice? Email [email protected] and we’ll send one.
- How you pay
Payments are handled by our provider Mollie. You’re taken to Mollie’s
secure checkout to complete payment; your payment details never pass through Snacknap. The methods
available to you are shown at checkout — for example:

Belfius Pay Button - Your order & delivery Everything we sell is digital and delivered immediately: tokens are added to your wallet, and memberships and passes are activated on your account, as soon as the payment is confirmed. You’ll get a confirmation by email as your proof of purchase.
- Immediate delivery & your consent Because these items are delivered instantly, at checkout you ask us to deliver right away and you acknowledge that, once delivered, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for those specific items. This is the tick-box you confirm before paying. See Right of Withdrawal for exactly how this works.
- Subscriptions: renewal & cancellation Plus and Supporter memberships renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly, quarterly or yearly) until you cancel, so your perks don’t lapse. You can cancel any time from your account settings; your membership then stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for and simply doesn’t renew. We don’t give partial refunds for the remainder of a period. If we ever change a subscription price, we’ll let you know in advance and you can cancel before it takes effect.
- Right of withdrawal You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, with the immediate-delivery exception above. Subscriptions keep the full right. The details, and the model form and withdrawal button, are on our Right of Withdrawal page.
- Refunds If a priority boost you spend doesn’t result in a match within its window, the token is automatically credited back to your wallet — no action needed. Other refunds are handled in line with your right of withdrawal and applicable law; just contact us. Subscriptions aren’t refunded for the unused part of a period.
- Problems & disputes Something wrong with an order? Contact us first at [email protected] — we’ll do our best to sort it. As an EU consumer you can also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
- Changes We may update these Terms of Sale. Changes never apply retroactively to a purchase you’ve already made; the terms in force when you buy are the ones that apply to that purchase.
