This page explains what you can buy on Snacknap, how payments work, and what your rights are as a customer.

What You Can Buy

Snacknap offers priority tokens — one-off digital purchases that let you move to the front of the queue when joining a Remote Raid or Max Battle lobby. Tokens give you a capped skip-the-wait boost (+12 positions at most). The system remains fair: free users who have been waiting long enough will still overtake you, every account gets one free daily token, and hosts earn tokens too. A priority token never guarantees a match — it only improves your position in the queue.

All prices shown on the site are inclusive of 21% BTW (VAT). The price you see is the total amount you pay.

Payment

Payments are processed by Mollie B.V., a licensed European payment service provider. We support iDEAL, credit/debit cards, and other methods offered by Mollie at checkout.

When you choose to buy tokens you are redirected to Mollie's secure payment page to complete the transaction. Snacknap never sees or stores your card details. Mollie handles all card data; we receive only a payment reference and a status update.

Delivery

Priority tokens are digital goods. They are credited to your account immediately after Mollie confirms a successful payment — no shipping, no waiting.

VAT

All prices include VAT at 21%. For customers based in other EU member states, VAT is handled under the EU One-Stop-Shop (OSS) scheme — the correct VAT rate for your country applies and is included in the displayed price. The payment confirmation you receive from Mollie shows the VAT breakdown. For a formal VAT invoice, please contact [email protected].

Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you normally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

However, this right does not apply to digital content that has already been delivered. Because priority tokens are delivered to your account immediately upon payment, the following applies:

By completing the purchase you explicitly request immediate delivery of the digital goods and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for those delivered tokens. This acknowledgment is confirmed via a checkbox that must be ticked before the purchase can be completed.

Our Token Refund Promise (No-Match Refund)

We stand behind the quality of our service. If you spend a paid priority token to join a queue and no match occurs within 24 hours, that token is automatically refunded to your account. You do not need to contact us — the refund happens automatically once the 24-hour window has elapsed without a successful match.

Receipts & Invoices

Mollie sends a payment confirmation to the email address you use at checkout. This confirmation serves as your proof of purchase. If you need a formal VAT invoice, please contact us at [email protected] with your payment reference and we will arrange one.
