Paying & refunds

How paying works, what’s included, and how refunds are handled — the short, honest version.

In short

Paying is always optional — it’s how you support the site instead of ads. Prices are in euros and include 21% VAT. Payments go through Mollie (we never see your card), everything is delivered instantly, and you get an email receipt. If a boost doesn’t find you a match, its token comes back automatically.

Support, not a store

Snacknap is free. Boosts, memberships and passes exist so trainers who want to can chip in and keep the project running — not to make anyone rich, and so we don’t have to fill the site with ads. What each option costs and includes is in our Terms of Sale.

How you pay

Payments are handled by Mollie. You’re taken to Mollie’s secure checkout, so your card or bank details never touch Snacknap. The methods available to you appear at checkout — for example:

Prices & VAT

All prices are shown in euros, including 21% Dutch VAT (BTW) — the amount you see is the amount you pay.

Delivery

Everything is digital and delivered immediately: tokens land in your wallet and memberships or passes activate the moment your payment is confirmed.

Receipts & invoices

After a successful payment we email you a Snacknap confirmation as your proof of purchase, and Mollie also sends a payment confirmation to the address you used. Need a formal VAT invoice? Email [email protected] and we’ll send one.

Refunds

  • Automatic token re-credit — if a priority boost doesn’t find you a match within its window, the token is returned to your wallet automatically. You don’t need to do anything.
  • Right of withdrawal — refunds tied to withdrawing a purchase are handled as described on our Right of Withdrawal page (refunded to your original payment method within 14 days).
  • Subscriptions — when you cancel, your membership runs to the end of the period you paid for; we don’t refund the unused part of a period.
