Bonuses
1/4 Egg Hatch Distance when Eggs are placed in an Incubator during the event period
2× Candy for catching Pokémon
2× chance for Trainers level 31 and up to receive Candy XL from catching Pokémon
Incense (excluding Daily Adventure Incense) activated during the event will last for three hours
Take a few snapshots during Community Day for a Scorbunny encounter
Lure Modules will last for one hour and may attract the featured Pokémon*
One additional Special Trade can be made for a maximum of two for the day.*
Trades will require 50% less Stardust.*
*While most bonuses are only active during the three-hour event period, these will be active from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. local time.
Featured Attack
During the event, Trainers can obtain a Cinderace with the exclusive Charged Attack Blast Burn.
Evolve Raboot (the Evolution of Scorbunny) during the event or up to four hours afterward to receive a Cinderace that knows Blast Burn.
Attack Availability Update
Beginning with this event and continuing afterward, Cinderace will be able to learn the Charged Attack Pyro Ball.
Pyro Ball
- Trainer Battles: 75 power
- Gyms and raids: 150 power
Once available, Pyro Ball will remain part of Cinderace’s movepool beyond the event period.
Community Day Special Research -Paid
A paid Special Research will be available during Scorbunny Community Day for US$1.99 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency).
By completing the Scorbunny Community Day–exclusive Special Research, Trainers can earn additional rewards, including:
- 3 encounters with Scorbunny featuring a Special Background
- Additional encounters with Scorbunny
- 1 Premium Battle Pass
- 1 Rare Candy XL
- And more bonus rewards
This Special Research provides extra encounters and premium items on top of the standard Community Day bonuses.
Lure Module Bonus
From 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. local time, Scorbunny will continue appearing at PokéStops with active regular Lure Modules.
During this extended period:
- Scorbunny will have a very high spawn rate at PokéStops with regular Lure Modules
- Scorbunny attracted by Lures will still have an increased Shiny chance
- Scorbunny may also feature a Special Background
This provides additional opportunities to catch the featured Pokémon even after the main Community Day event hours have ended.
Field Research
March Community Day–themed Field Research will be available during the event.
Catch Scorbunny and complete Field Research tasks to earn rewards such as:
- Stardust
- Ultra Balls
- Additional encounters with Scorbunny
- And more rewards
If you’re lucky, you may also find Field Research that leads to encounters with Scorbunny featuring a Special Background.
Community Day Ultra Box -Paid
A Community Day Ultra Box will be available in the in-game shop for US$1.99 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency).

This bundle provides a discounted way to access the paid Special Research along with bonus Ultra Balls.
About Community Day
Community Day is a monthly event where a specific Pokémon appears much more frequently in the wild for a few hours. Players can catch this Pokémon, hunt for Shinies, and enjoy bonuses such as increased XP or Stardust. The Pokémon often learns a unique move during the event.
