August Community Day: Nickit, Yamper, Fidough, or Tadbulb
Community Day
Community Day voting is returning for the final Community Day of the Season.
From Saturday, May 30, at 6:00 p.m. PDT to Sunday, May 31, at 6:00 p.m. PDT, Trainers will be able to vote for the featured Pokémon through the official Pokémon GO YouTube channel.
The Pokémon that receives the most votes will become the featured Pokémon for August Community Day.
August Community Day will take place on August 16, 2026, starting at 2:00 p.m. local time.
August Community Day Candidates
The candidates for the Community Day vote have been revealed.
Trainers can vote for one of the following Pokémon:
- Nickit
- Yamper
- Fidough
- Tadbulb
The winning Pokémon will be announced after voting ends.
Additional event details, including featured bonuses and rewards, will be revealed closer to August Community Day. Stay tuned, Trainers!
How to Vote
Cast your vote for the August 2026 Community Day featured Pokémon.
A poll will be hosted on the official Pokémon GO YouTube channel from Saturday, May 30, at 6:00 p.m. PDT until Sunday, May 31, at 6:00 p.m. PDT.
Trainers will have 24 hours to vote for the Pokémon they would most like to see featured during August Community Day 2026. Each Trainer may cast one vote.
The results will be announced shortly after voting closes. The Pokémon with the most votes at the end of the voting period will become the featured Pokémon for August Community Day.

About Community Day
Community Day is a monthly event where a specific Pokémon appears much more frequently in the wild for a few hours. Players can catch this Pokémon, hunt for Shinies, and enjoy bonuses such as increased XP or Stardust. The Pokémon often learns a unique move during the event.
