Extend the GO Fest fun and enjoy a city experience throughout Copenhagen and the surrounding area on the extra event day—or days—of your choice! This add-on provides an additional day of the citywide gameplay experience that is available on your primary event day, with a few restrictions.

These add-ons only enable additional citywide gameplay. The Park Experience is only available on your primary event day at the time indicated on your ticket.

Restrictions for the Citywide Gameplay add-on apply. Trainers will only receive the ticketed event Special Research once per in-person GO Fest event.

New for GO Fest 2026, the City Explorer Pass grants citywide gameplay access without a park-session ticket. Perfect for Trainers who want to enjoy the GO Fest experience throughout Copenhagen without attending Fælledparken.

The City Explorer Pass is available for Thursday, June 11 through Sunday, June 14, 2026.

Trainers attending Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Copenhagen may encounter the first-ever Shiny Wash Rotom and Shiny Combat Breed Paldean Tauros—if they’re lucky!

Wash Rotom originally debuted in Pokémon GO in 2020. The Shiny form of Wash Rotom will be available for the very first time at GO Fest 2026: Copenhagen.

Only Trainers with a ticket to Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Copenhagen may encounter a Shiny Paldean Tauros (Combat Breed). Combat Breed Paldean Tauros will appear in three-star Raids at the event.

A Pikachu wearing a Team Valor hat will make a special appearance at Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Copenhagen. If you’re lucky, you might encounter a Shiny one!

Team Leaders Candela, Blanche, and Spark will show off the best parts of their teams in the Recruitment Zone.

Complete Rocket Battles and join Shadow Raids to reclaim Pokémon GO Fest for Candela!

Event-themed Pokémon will appear in the wild at Fælledparken and throughout Copenhagen during ticketed citywide gameplay hours. A map of the venue, including zone locations, will be available closer to the event.

The combined park-wide spawn list is shown below. Niantic has not yet released a per-zone breakdown.

Combat Breed Paldean Tauros, a pure Fighting-type, will appear in three-star Raids at Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Copenhagen and Fælledparken. Only Trainers with a ticket may encounter a Shiny one.

Mewtwo, the Genetic Pokémon, returns to Raids during Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Copenhagen.

Mewtwo caught from in-person Pokémon GO Fest events will know the Fast Attack Counter and the Charged Attack Psystrike. Trainers without an in-person ticket will not be able to encounter Mewtwo with these Featured Attacks.

Moltres and Entei will also appear in five-star Raids. If you’re lucky, you might encounter a Shiny one!

Primal Kyogre and Primal Groudon will appear in Primal Raids. If you’re lucky, you might encounter a Shiny one!

Reclaim these Shadow Pokémon from Team GO Rocket in five-star Shadow Raids during Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Copenhagen. If you’re lucky, you might encounter a Shiny one!

Ticketed attendees of Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Copenhagen will have two opportunities to encounter a Mewtwo that has at least Mega Level 1 unlocked.

Trainer Challenges — If a Trainer completes at least two Trainer Challenges, they will receive a Bonus Timed Research during which they can choose to encounter either Mega Mewtwo X or Mega Mewtwo Y with Mega Level 1 unlocked.

Super Mega Raid finale — For the last thirty minutes of the Park Experience, new Gyms will appear that allow over one thousand Trainers to take on Mega Mewtwo together! Both Mega Mewtwo X and Mega Mewtwo Y will appear during this part of the event.

If you’re lucky, you might encounter a Shiny one!

Four Timed Research opportunities will be available during the event, each based on one of four City Districts in Copenhagen. Trainers will need to explore at least two City Districts and complete the Timed Research to achieve the in-game Pokémon GO Expert medal.

Trainers playing multiple days in Copenhagen will receive one set of City Experience Timed Research rewards.

If a Trainer completes at least two Trainer Challenges, they will receive a Bonus Timed Research with the choice to encounter either Mega Mewtwo X or Mega Mewtwo Y with Mega Level 1 unlocked.

Special event-themed Eggs can be obtained during Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Copenhagen. With the 1/2 Egg Hatch Distance bonus, the following Pokémon may hatch from 5 km and 10 km Eggs — and if you're lucky, you might hatch a Shiny one!
